livin' the dream

we come from the southwestern corner of north dakota.

where the wind blows terribly, and the friends come gladly.

the towns that have raised us are both small. door to door, you know everyone.

the mayor is the bus driver, the garbage man, on the volunteer fire department and the ambulance. i say that, just to give you the feel of the place.

on graduation, hannah, decided to go to msum in moorhead, minnesota.

i decided to go to bhsu, in spearfish, south dakota

when we were little, the dream was to be roommates. it would just work out so perfectly.

after a semester in bhsu, i decided we should make the dream come true.

so hear we are, in nelson 565, livin the dream.

hannah's a great artist, she's into almost anything creative. her focus as of now, is graphic design.

i'm (claire) heading into photography, as the days go by i am more and more interested in writing.

we were walking through the slush on our way back, dodging puddles, and laughing about making a tiny army of squirrels out of snow, when we came up with the idea of making a blog together. hannah said, "we should take pictures of what we look like everyday and add it to our blogs..." i agreed enthusiastically, and we played with different titles for it, then she said, "we should make a nelson 565 blog!"

so here we are, a late, lazy sunday; blogging away on this awesome idea.
